Eligibility and Age Requirement
All services on 1333bet are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Age is verified based on the information provided at the time of account registration. If verification reveals that a user is below the required age, 1333bet reserves the right to close that account immediately and freeze all balances.
2.1 Account Registration Requirements
- Each person may create only one account.
- Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of account creation is mandatory.
- Multiple accounts may not be opened using the same device, IP address or payment method.
- The mobile number and email provided at registration must be verified.
- Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party is prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
1333bet may request proof of identity, age and address at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the KYC process is completed. A copy of a national ID card or passport is accepted for verification.
Account Security and Responsibility
Full responsibility for the security of each account rests with the respective user. Sharing login details with anyone else or transferring an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Keep your password strong and unique — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
- Remember to end your session after logging in from a public or shared device.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
- The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 1333bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Deposits must be made only from the user's own mobile banking account.
- Deposits made through a third party may be considered void.
- Deposits may be delayed if the correct reference number is not used.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals will be sent to the mobile number used at the time of deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.
- Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
Bonuses and Promotions
1333bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms that must be fulfilled. General bonus terms are listed below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — that is, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
5.2 Other Promotions
- Weekly Deposit Reward: 50% bonus on any deposit each week, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Wagering 20 times. Minimum deposit ৳100.
- 1333bet Weekend Dhamaka: 30% bonus on the last two days of the week, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Wagering 15 times.
- Slot Adventure Bonus: 40% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to a maximum of ৳6,000. Wagering 25 times.
- Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳2,000 reward on the birthday of verified members each year. Wagering 10 times.
- Refer a Friend: Up to ৳3,000 reward for a successful referral. Wagering 12 times.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- No more than one bonus may be active at a time.
- Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
- Playing certain games with bonus funds may be restricted.
- If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
Gaming Rules
All games available on 1333bet are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) that is independently tested.
- If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be considered void.
- Manipulating game results or using automation software is strictly prohibited.
- Collecting bonuses or rewards using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- For sports betting, bets must be confirmed before the match begins; odds may change in live betting.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1333bet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
VIP Program
The 1333bet VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Advancement to a higher tier depends on a player's consistent activity and engagement with the platform.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback on weekly net losses. Example: a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 gives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.
Cashback is calculated from the week's total losses (total losses minus total winnings). 1333bet reserves the right to change VIP terms or benefits at any time.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 1333bet and may result in permanent account closure:
- Providing false information when creating an account.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
- Systematically attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
- Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
If any such activity is proven, 1333bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account.
Privacy and Data Protection
1333bet treats the privacy of users' personal information with the highest importance. Information collected at the time of account creation is used only for service delivery, identity verification and security purposes. No personal information is sold to third parties.

Service Suspension and Termination
1333bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent activity or security threats.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Extended inactivity — generally more than 12 months.
- At the user's own request.
If an account is closed, any withdrawable balance (provided verification is complete and there are no violations) will be returned. Bonus balance is not refundable.
Limitation of Liability
1333bet does not accept any liability for the following:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
- Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
- Game interruptions resulting from unexpected technical failures.
- Personal or financial loss resulting from gaming.

Changes to Terms
